Our Planning and Activation facilities remain at the forefront of these changes to give our customers the confidence that the designs and plans produced are up-to-date, cost effective and meet the criteria of the future network, with our installations complying to the TIA/EIA 568, ISO/IEC 11801, BSEN 50173 and BSEN50174 standards.

The staff and contractors at GlobalCom (UK) each have over 18 years experience in planning & designing telecommunications and data networks, as well as managing and activating them within the UK, European and Middle East countries. Whilst the majority of our installation operatives have been trained in the field on various equipment suppliers including amongst others; Scientific Atlanta, Teleste, BICC, Hellerman, Krone, Molex, Pouyet, Splice UK etc. GlobalCom UK had identified that there were requirements in gaining the City & Guilds 3666 in Fibre Optics and communication principles and also attaining the ADCKrone Structured Cabling Certificate, we feel confident that we provide a full structure to our installation based on experience and accreditation.

As we can provide a full turnkey, the storage of electrical equipment, consumables and cables for our clients keep their overheads, logistics and the network response time to a minimum, as they remain undercover in our secure storage unit at Preston, Lancashire.
