About Us

GlobalCom (UK) Limited was originally a  design company, working within the area’s of Cable TV and Telecommunications thoughout  UK and Europe

We offered a full scope of Planning from Fundamental Planning to As-built preparation in a variety of GIS / CAD formats.

We developed our services to encompass a ‘turnkey’ solution to our various clients, throughout the UK. This comprises of planning, construction, activation and commissioning of client networks, we have also established partnerships with various subcontractors which incorporate NICEIC electrical engineers and SSAIB approved installers of Access Control, CCTV, Fire and Security Systems especially for network applications.

We are a modern company, with a flat structure, a pro-active and challenging culture and an attitude which does not accept second best. Our reputation for integrity, quality and speed in everything we do, is recognised as a major benefit to our clients.

Since the conception of GlobalCom (UK) in July 2000, we have always strived for quality and we acquired the ISO 9001:1994 Quality Management System award through NQA in December 2000 and we gained the new ISO9001:2000 award for quality in Design and Installation of Communication Infrastructures in September 2006 following an amendment to scope and audits.

We were also recognised by our client base with the award of the Guild of Master Craftsmen Corporate Membership in 2001 and both the FIA (The Fibreoptic Industry Association) and CITA (Formally TIA – Telecommunications Industry Association) in 2006, which recognises our commitment of a quality and organised service to our clients.
